STUDIO PICK-UP AVAILABLE (Near Lansdowne/Dundas)

Studio Pick-Up is an option available at check-out. If you select this option, when your order is ready, you will receive an email to coordinate a pick-up time and day. The exact address will be provided at this time.

PLEASE NOTE: My online store will close at the end of November and all pickups must be completed before Dec 1st.

ONLINE ORDERS

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship. If you require you order by a particular date, DM me with details prior to placing your order.

TRANSIT TIMES

Canadian destinations: 4-6 business days

US destinations: 7-9 business days

International destinations: 2-3 weeks

*These transit times are only an approximate guide, and do not apply to peak season times ie. November & December.

TAXES & DUTIES

Canadian customers will be charged 13% HST. US and International customers will be responsible for any duties, brokerage fees and/or respective country/state taxes incurred at the border.

NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE ONLY

Please shop carefully - we do not offer refunds. Most online purchases are eligible for exchange, if returned in their exact original condition. The customer will be responsible for 100% of the shipping costs associated with any exchange.
